SEASONAL AND LOCAL
Jørgen Kolderup is our master chef. His focus is on local and seasonal ingrediens. We like the term "slow living" and also the kitchen takes no short cuts.
Kolderup likes to use traditional Norwegian recipes and old techniques like smoking and curing.
He then transforms them into modern nordic cousin. Some of his favorite ingrediens he catches and picks himself, just on the doorstep of Harahorn; like wild mountain trout, reindeer, cloudberries, and crowberries.
We also offer a wide range of beverages and excellent wines in cooperation with Solera.

They are all based on traditional architecture and building techniques.
